Comfortable bed, excellent shower, friendly owner, convenient location, would love to visit again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was of good quality, but small in variety.

The room furniture was very old and rather shabby. The room pictured on the internet is the "bridal suite" and not typical of the other rooms at the hotel.

Dining was definitely haute cuisine and very unusual and tasty. I have stayed in Fluelen previously at the next door hotel (which was full) but I think the Sternen was better for food.

I had the impression that my room,was an upgraded box room.

Hotel Sternen, run by the same family since 1970, was a great choice for our large family. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Our children, aged 6 and under, absolutely loved the spacious and comfortable rooms. The stunning lake views from our balcony were a bonus, and the easy 5-minute walk to the lake allowed us to spend quality time together as a family. The owner, Biri, was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make us feel taken care of.

My wife says that the breakfast could have been a little more robust. In her opinion, if it had included warm items like eggs, it would have been worth the 10EURO per person.

As avid bike riders, we loved the convenient location just a 5-minute walk from the train station and ferry. The hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to hiking trails and even offers bike workshops and rentals on-site. It was great to have everything we needed at our fingertips.

We felt so relaxed during our stay that there was nothing to complain about. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, making our time in this charming lakeside town truly unforgettable.

Always choose this place. Helpful staff recommended a taxi for me. It suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, parking, restaurant, flat-screen TV. Great for hiking, cycling, wind surfing, golf. Kids menu too. No pets, no smoking. Coming back for Easter. Remember the taxi suggestion.

Conveniently located near the lake, train station, and ferryboat stop. Clean and comfortable room with a good supply of hot water and towels. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably rich breakfast which can be used to make sandwiches for lunch. Good wifi connection.
